CoSolutions hires new Vice President, Steve Kim

CoSolutions is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Kim to it's executive team. Kim will serve as a Vice President and oversee program management, and business development and capture in support of CoSolutions’ operations and corporate growth. Kim is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Economics and Political Science.  As a commissioned officer, he served on board destroyers in the Red and Adriatic Seas during the Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Bosnia conflicts. He is a certified Project Management Professional.

CoSolutions to perform as a sub to Sawdey Solutions Services for USCG Watch Stander Support Services

CoSolutions has been selected to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) at the Atlantic Area (LANTAREA) Command Center as a subcontractor to Sawdey Solutions Services.  The USCG Atlantic Area Command Center is the primary data exchange point for the Department of Defense (DOD) partners.  During this five-year contract, CoSolutions and Sawdey Solutions Services will provide watch stander support and other tasks directly associated with supporting a common operational picture for the USCG.

CoSolutions Accounting System Deemed Compliant by DCAA

CoSolutions is pleased to announce the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) performed a pre-award accounting system audit to determine whether the design of its accounting system is in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 53.209 and the Standard Form 1408, Pre-award Survey of Prospective Contractor Accounting System. DCAA's final determination was that CoSolutions' accounting system design complies, in all material respects, with the stated criteria. CoSolutions' accounting system was deemed adequate to award a cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) type contract.

CoSolutions named as a small business subcontractor to New River Systems on DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS)

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded CoSolutions, as a subcontractor to NRS, a position on a potential eight-year, $6 billion contract to compete for a range of information technology task orders in support of DLA and other Defense Department agencies. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations J6 is the Agency's knowledge broker, providing comprehensive, best practice Information Technology (IT) support to the Department of Defense (DOD) and DLA Business Community resulting in high quality information systems, customer support, efficient and economical computing, data management, electronic business, and telecommunications services.

CoSolutions hires new Vice President, Muge Cody

CoSolutions is pleased to announce the addition of Muge Cody to its executive team. Cody will serve as the vice president and oversee business development and capture, and operational management goals. Cody will be responsible for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and the execution of the programs as it relates to technical, contract, financial, and personnel management.

Cody has over 18 years of engineering, operational management, capture management and proposal development experience in Government contracting. Prior to joining CoSolutions, Cody held senior positions at ManTech International.

Cody holds multiple certifications to include Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt and Management Development Program Certificate from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business/Executive Education. She received her Master of Science degree from The George Washington University in Engineering Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Avionics. Cody was the recipient of 2011 Horizon Industry Award in Supply Chain Development by Women in Defense, Michigan Chapter.

CoSolutions selected for $137M Spectrum Engineering, Operational Support Small Business IDIQ contract

CoSolutions is pleased to announce that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has awarded one of four Small Business prime competitive positions of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to CoSolutions. The multiple award IDIQ contract has a potential value of approximately $137 million over its five-year term. The contract is designed to provide spectrum engineering and operational spectrum support for the DISA Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO).

The Operations, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineering and Strategic Planning (OES) contract will provide operational, E3 and Spectrum Engineering, Strategic Spectrum Planning, and Research and Analysis of Emerging Spectrum Technologies (EST) to support comprehensive and integrated spectrum operations, engineering, analysis, planning, and long term strategies for the DoD.

Small Business IDIQ tasks include: Operational Training Support, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Operations, E3 & Spectrum Supportability (SS) Awareness and Training Support, Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Strategy Implementation Support, DSO Program Management Support.

Spectrum operations are an integral part of the overall information battle space and is critical to ensuring information is readily available to decision makers to achieve mission objectives.

CoSolutions to support DISA with Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS)

CoSolutions was awarded a contract through its JV to provide comprehensive program management support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on a task order award for $5 million under the GSA Alliant Small Business contract for Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) Program Management Office. The GEMSIS program is transforming spectrum operations from a pre-planned and static frequency assignment process into a dynamic, responsive, and agile capability. Our team will be delivering capabilities through an evolutionary incremental approach, along DSO provided capabilities to further enhance the ease of use, efficiency, and effectiveness of spectrum management. CoSolutions' technical and managerial subject matter experts are excited to support DOS GEMSIS command and Control (C2) systems to enable information superiority on the battlefield.

CoSolutions to provide Help Desk, Sys Admin, Network Admin, Cybersecurity, Telecom and Data Center Support Services on a large Navy SPAWAR requirement.

CoSolutions, through its SBA-Approved 8(a) Mentor-Protege Joint Venture called CEJV, LLC., has been awarded a large Navy SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic contract (Business, Operation, and Administration Support Services ( BOASS )) to perform a broad range of IT services to include consolidated help desk services, systems and network administration, cybersecurity, and telecommunications and data center support. CoSolutions will also provide Financial, Program Management and Administrative support to its customer. The contract will require immediate transitioning of cleared and DoD 8570-certified contractor staff in a 24 x 7 x 365 mission critical operational setting. Work will be performed at the Government's facility in New Orleans.

CoSolutions to perform as a sub to CACI's DHS Desktop Support Services BPA

CoSolutions is pleased to announced we will be serving as a subcontractor to CACI which was recently awarded a contract by Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Desktop Support Services under a $212M Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). During this five-year contract, CoSolutions and CACI will provide agency-wide help desk support, end user support, engineering, field support and call center services to DHS Headquarters and Headquarters components, such as the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) and the Science and Technology Directorate.

CoSolutions to support the United States Pacific Command (PACOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Command (JIOC) Command, Control of Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance / Intelligence Mission Management Center (C2of ISRJIMMC).

CoSolutions has been awarded a non-personal services task order to provide technical and analytical support to PACOM JIOC. CoSolutions will coordinate with PACOM Headquarters, JIOC, component and sub-unified commands, allies/partners, and combat support agencies/Intelligence Community to conduct objective-based ISR Planning and Assessments in support of CDR USPACOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and to enable comprehensive management of all Combatant Command/JIOC intelligence operations. CoSolutions has been selected to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman on the $318M Enterprise Application Development and Integration Support task order under DIA's Solutions for the IT Enterprise IDIQ Contract to provide full software development lifecycle support. CoSolutions, through its JV, has been awarded a contract by the Navy providing acquisition planning support to the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP). Work includes assisting in the development of formal requirements, risk assessments, market research, source selection plans and the development of a request for proposal for a large IT support requirement.

CoSolutions awarded eFAST Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

CoSolutions has been awarded an MOA under the electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program. With this award, CoSolutions is eligible to participate in the following eFAST functional areas: Business Administration & Management (BAM), Computer Systems Support (CSS), Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD) and Documentation & Training (D&T). The eFAST MOA is FAA's preferred small business contracting vehicle for supporting the FAA systems life cycle, management, mission support systems and administrative processes. eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates.
