GSA 8(a) STARS III
CoSolutions, through its SBA All Smalls Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP) JV, 1st Choice Tandem, LLC, is a GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC contract holder. CoSolutions is a long-time, highly experienced GSA 8(a) STARS Program awardee having successfully executed over $100M+ in awards, both competitive and sole source directed, under the previous STARS II GWAC vehicle.
1st Choice Tandem was awarded the two focused scope sub-areas: Emerging Technologies (ET) and OCONUS Place of Performance.
STARS III provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. With a $50 billion program ceiling and a 5-year base period with one 3-year option, STARS III allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses. STARS III offers fixed price, time and materials, labor hour, and blended task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services, meeting the federal government’s mission requirements at the same time affording government agency customers the opportunity to meet their 8(a) socioeconomic goals.
GSA MAS Information Technology
(formerly GSA IT Schedule 70)
CoSolutions is an awardee on GSA’s MAS Information Technology (IT) Schedule, the largest, most widely used IT solution acquisition vehicle in the federal government. GSA MAS IT is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to IT products and services, ensuring efficient buying processes and saving government agencies time, effort and money in procuring IT services by vendors that have been pre-vetted and ceiling prices that have been pre-negotiated.
Navy SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG)
CoSolutions is a prime offeror / awardee of the Navy’s 10-year, $50B preeminent Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for IT/technical, engineering and program management services in 23 functional areas to the Navy’s major commands and agencies. SeaPort-NxG is the follow-on to SeaPort-e which expired in April 2019. Under SeaPort-NxG, all prime awardees were required to have experience in direct support of the Navy.
DLA JETS
DLA JETS is a $ 6 billion acquisition vehicle that covers 21 IT, technical and management task areas including network and telecommunications, information assurance, sustainment and maintenance, configuration management, enterprise data strategy, systems engineering, test and documentation, virtual workforce training, financial budget and IT audit readiness support services.
DIA E-SITE
The Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract provides worldwide coverage of IT requirements and technical support services supporting the Government through system architecture, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States (US). E-SITE, a multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, supports both classified and unclassified programs on multiple networks and security domains. The services and capabilities supported by the E-SITE contract will provide responsive, flexible, adaptive, and timely solutions for participating organizations to satisfy current and future IT requirements. CoSolutions is a subcontractor on both a Small Business and Unrestricted team.
Army ITES-3S
CoSolutions, as a subcontractor to Intelligent Waves (IW), will assist IW as a Small Business teammate in support of the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions—3 Services (ITES-3S) multiple award IDIQ contract which has a base period of five years and four 1-year options and a potential value of $12.1 billion. CoSolutions will support IW’s pursuit of task orders to support the full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide.
